Temple of Justice, Liberia – The Monrovia City Magisterial Court has issued a Writ of Possession mandating Frank Saa Foko and individuals under his control to vacate a disputed property located on Lynjon Street, Sinkor. The court’s decision comes after legal proceedings initiated by Seiku A. Fahnbulleh, who claimed the defendants were unlawfully occupying the property in violation of his rights as the rightful owner.

In the writ, signed by Stipendiary Magistrate L. Ben Barco and Clerk of Court Daniel W. Menkor, the court instructed ministerial officer Captain Charles Bloyuefloh to enforce the ruling. The writ commands the officer to “proceed to the premises, subject matter of the below-captioned case… and duly oust, eject, remove and evict Frank Saa Foko, Otis and all those under his control.” The document further directs that “after removing, ousting, ejecting and evicting the said defendants, place plaintiff in possession of the property.”

The court also authorized the use of reasonable force to execute the order if the defendants resist. “You are hereby further commanded to exercise reasonable force in case the defendant offer or attempt to offer resistance so as to illegally withhold the said property,” the writ emphasized.

This decisive ruling reflects the court’s commitment to protecting property rights in Monrovia, where disputes over ownership and occupancy have become increasingly contentious. The eviction sets a strong precedent for legal enforcement in such matters.

As the eviction process moves forward, it remains to be seen whether the defendants will comply voluntarily or pursue further legal remedies.
