Congo Town, Liberia – The Civil Service Agency (CSA) has launched a three-day Regional Public Service Leadership Conference, bringing together officials from six West African nations to improve governance, strengthen public institutions, and enhance workforce development, particularly in the health sector.

Experts, including policymakers, public administrators, and health professionals, will work on strategies to improve transparency, accountability, and service delivery in their respective countries.
CSA Director General Josiah Joekai emphasized the need for collaboration in public service to ensure equal access to services for all citizens, regardless of gender, economic status, or location. A key outcome of the conference will be a regional framework aimed at strengthening public sector performance and governance reforms.
Joekai highlighted that the framework will focus on innovation, capacity building, and partnerships to improve institutional effectiveness.
