Monrovia – The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has pledged $114.5 million to support Liberia’s development goals, following a new grant agreement with the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP).
This funding, provided under amendments 14 and 15 of the Development Objective Grant Agreement (DOAG) No. 669-DOAG, will fuel key sectors in Liberia, including education, healthcare, infrastructure, and governance. The partnership is designed to enhance Liberia’s economic stability and improve public services, in line with the country’s national development priorities.
The grant underscores a continued commitment between Liberia and the United States to bolster the country’s long-term growth and development.
