By Monrovia – Liberian_ Police Chief Gregory Coleman has launched an enterprising crusade to unravel frigid litigations and thwart the surging wave of violations.
Inspector Colman’s action is aimed at addressing Liberia’s longstanding problems of impunity and break down of of the rule of law.
Gregory Colman has vowed to dispense Justice and ensure the rule of law is upheld to the fullest.
In the wake of numerous unsettled landmark cases that continues to plague the nation, IG Coleman has announced a definitive action to investigate and act upon the outcome of cases that have overwhelmed the LNP.
He cited Cases such as the death of Princess Cooper, the mysterious deaths of the four auditors and several others before the Liberia National Police.
“I’m pleased to announce to the public that the LNP has set up a whole Case e file unit. And we’re opening all of those investigations that are still pending to be able to give some closure to the family and to give them justice as the soon required,” Police Inspector General Gregory Coleman revealed.
To effect the IG’s pronouncements, the LNP’s technical units have commenced inquiries into crucial events including the handguns discovery incident at the Freeport of Monrovia.
Police Inspector General Gregory Coleman is meanwhile beseeching the public for collaboration.
The Police Chief spoke at a major Press Conference at the Weekend.
