By Grand Bassa, Liberia- Hilda Anderson Brewer, a UK Based Liberian is seeking support to better the living Conditions of underprivileged Kids in some rural part of Grand Bassa County. Madam Hilda who recently visited one of the villages (Baleen Town, Compound Two) in Grand Bassa, brokendown emotionally as she witnessed the deplorable living conditions of parents and kids, prompting her to alarm for supports(Cash, Clothing, and other kinds).
“At this time, the kids and parents need everyone of us support to survive” she expressed.
The female humanitarian specifically pointed out the urgent need to provide a decent learning environment beginning with the Rehabilitation of a decent building for school going children who are currently using a delapetated structure that is build of mudroom and lacks chairs for learning. Sharing her experience with news man, Hilda disclosed that the school has approximately hundred students with only one instructor who’s simultaneously serving in all of the capacity.
Madam Hilda at the same time added the provision of save drinking water through the construction of hand pump as part of the key issue that needs to be addressed. She called on other humanitarians and Diaspora Liberians to collectively intervene in the situation of Baleen Town Citizens.
The deplorable living status of inhabitants in this part of Bassa has come under the spotlight, since Mrs. Brewer’s tour in the area.
