Faculty Staff and Students Stood for Group Photo at the end of the Unveiling Ceremony
Monrovia, Liberia – Censil University, one of Liberia’s fastest-growing higher learning institutions, has officially launched its first fully integrated and customized school management system, signaling a major stride toward digital transformation. Developed by Professional Multi-Purpose Solution Incorporated (PMS Inc.) under the leadership of Mr. Morris Sheriff, the new system is designed to manage every aspect of university operations, including administration, academics, finance, student records, and front desk operations.
“This is a milestone day for Censil University and for Liberia’s technology sector,” said Mr. Morris Sheriff, founder and CEO of PMS Inc. “Since signing the contract earlier this year, our team has worked relentlessly to ensure the system is fully operational. Today, it is 100% ready to handle every function of the university and support its long-term growth.” Sheriff emphasized the broader significance of the project, noting, “Technology is driving the world today, and we are proud to help Liberia take its place in the global digital revolution. This system is just the beginning of what we hope will be an expanded partnership with Censil University to bring innovation to all levels of education.”
The University President Mr. Edwin P. Kalama described the launch as a historic achievement for Liberian higher education. “We are incredibly excited to reach this milestone,” he said. “With infrastructure, accreditation, faculty, and curriculum already in place, this school management system completes the circle, allowing us to operate efficiently in the 21st century. Moving away from traditional paper-based systems means faster, more accurate reporting and a better experience for both students and faculty. Censil University is now setting a new standard for digital education in Liberia.”
The CU-ISMS project, formalized through a memorandum of understanding earlier this year, was completed following a rigorous development process that included planning, deployment, and testing, with user training set to be completed in the coming days. The unveiling ceremony brought together students, faculty, and staff, highlighting the system’s features, functionalities, and its role in transforming the university’s operations. The project reflects Censil University’s commitment to innovation and PMS Inc.’s vision of advancing digital solutions across Liberia’s educational sector.
