By TEMPLE OF JUSTICE–President Boakai’s nominations of personnel to the National Identification Registry, Governance Commission, National Lottery Authority, and Liberia Telecommunications Authority have been overturned by the Supreme Court of Liberia.
In this decision, the court orders the withdrawal of every name President Boakai submitted to those organizations.
The court further states that President Boakai’s nominations of officials to these institutions contained procedural flaws.
