Grand Gedeh, Liberia–After battling a protracted illness the retain lawmaker of district one in Grand Gedeh County has died.
The news of the CDC Representative Gwion demised comes just few days to his certification as winner of Grand Gedeh district number one representative race in the just ended October 10, 2023 presidential and legislative polls.
The Coalition for Democratic Change lawmaker representing Grand Gedeh electoral district one won his second tenure with the vote of 8,651 amounting to 61.39% for which he should’ve been certificated.
Family sources have established that the elected Parliamentarian Gwion surrendered to a prolonged illness earlier Tuesday morning.y
The real start of The Late Gwion’s political Journey came when he was elected to lead the people of district one in the 2020 by-election created by then representative Zoe Emmanuel Pennoh who was elevated to the post.
