By The Family of Grand Gedeh County District One Representative the Late Madison Gwion demands the Release of those detained in relating to the Zwedru protest which led to the damaged of both private properties.
Following the news of the County late legislator’s death, family members, including the office of late Grand Gedeh District #1 Representative Erol Madison Gwion, are demanding the release of those Grand Gedeans who were detained and imprisoned in Zwedru during a recent demonstration. In a statement, the late legislator Chief of Office Staff Justice Clarke accused county senator Zoe Emmanuel Pennue of being responsible for the arrests of individuals who were taken into custody.
Although Representative Gwion’s family and office oppose violence, Senator Zoe Pennue is accused of being callous for preventing the deceased politician from receiving his last slumber, according to Clark.
He said the legislator’s family views the conduct as a flagrant display of insensitivity to the legislator’s demised.
