Monrovia, Liberia–Man believe to be in his early 30s only identified as Farbolous got instantly killed on a light pole belonging to the Liberia Electricity Cooperation in Chicken Soup Factory community.
According to eyewitnesses accounts, Farbolus who was a resident of Stephen Tolbert community in District Number 12 Montserrado county was not an employee of the Liberia Electricity Cooperation instead he went to allegedly do a “Power Thief” which led to his demised.
The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon January 14, 2024 about 1pm.
One of the witnesses Mr, Ruben Giawi told reporters that the Deceased climbed on the LEC pool trying to solved “low Power” issue faced by his neighborhood.

Meanwhile, the lifeless body of the victim was removed from the LEC Pole and turned over to his parents by authority of the Liberia Electricity Coorporation and The Liberia National Police moment after the incident.
