The Dean of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law Cllr. Jallah Barbu says eight professors of the law school have resigned due to delay in salary and benefits payment by the UL Administration.
Cllr. Barbu disclosed on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the 10th Annual Conference of the National Association of Trial Judges of Liberia held at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia.

Eight law school teachers have resigned, according to Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law Dean Cllr. Jallah Barbu, as a result of the UL Administration’s delay in paying their salaries and benefits.
During the 10th Annual Conference of the National Association of Trial Judges of Liberia, which took place at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia on Thursday, February 1, 2024, Cllr. Barbu revealed.
Cllr. Barbu claims that academics at the law school utilize their funds to buy lesson materials, and that eight of those professors are departing the institution as a result of the numerous issues it is currently facing.
