MONROVIA – Civil Society Mogul, Anti-Corruption Czar, Publisher of the People The Newspaper and President of the National Publisher Network of Liberia Mr. Alfred G. Togbah Sr. has forwarded Sekou Dukuly, the Managing Director of the National Port Authority (NPA), to the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) over burst deal.
Information in our possession indicates that Mr. Dukuly was dragged on grounds for unilaterally awarding to the APM Terminal an agreement without legislative enactment or adherence to public procurement regulations.
