Grand Gedeh County District Number One Representative Jeremiah Sokan has vowed to prioritize health, education, and road accessibility in his district amid ongoing challenges.
The lawmaker stated that his focus on these critical areas stems from the numerous issues faced by his constituents.
“There are many challenges in my county, but I am committed to addressing them. That is why I was elected—to help improve living conditions,” he emphasized.
Sokan expressed his expectation that the Government of Liberia, particularly the Ministry of Finance, will assist in resolving these challenges.
He urged the government to recognize the urgent need to tackle issues such as healthcare, education, deplorable roads, and security.
Hon. Sokan spoke to The People’s Newspaper at the conclusion of a three-day consultative meeting organized by the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning with the county’s legislative caucus in Monrovia.
