The Civil Service Agency (CSA) has released initial findings regarding the educational qualifications of its employees, highlighting a diverse range of academic backgrounds. Among the workforce, 2,824 individuals hold associate degrees, 9,783 possess bachelor’s degrees, and 1,885 have graduate or postgraduate qualifications.
However, the report also reveals a significant portion of employees with lower educational attainment. A total of 9,233 civil servants lack a high school diploma, while 6,281 others have only completed high school education.
The findings underscore both the strengths and challenges within the civil service workforce, with ongoing discussions anticipated around improving skills and qualifications to better meet public service needs.
