Chambers Justice Yusuf Kaba has denied a Bill of Information filed by former District 10 Representative Yekeh Kolubah.
Kolubah’s legal team said it accepts the Chambers ruling but will appeal to the full bench of the Supreme Court.
Kolubah was removed from the House of Representatives following controversial remarks he made concerning the Guinea-Liberia border. His Bill of Information sought relief from the court related to that removal.
No date has been set for the appeal hearing.
