President Boakai Names Ambassadors at Large to Bolster Foreign Affairs Advisory and Special Assignments

Monrovia, Liberia– President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr. has designated a group of distinguished individuals as Ambassadors at Large, tasked with advising the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its Policy Advisory Council.

This strategic move underscores the administration’s dedication to deepening Liberia’s diplomatic efforts, strengthening global partnerships, and advancing the nation’s foreign policy agenda.

The appointed Ambassadors at Large for the Policy Advisory Council include:

  1. Hon. B. Elias Shoniyin – Chair
  2. Ambassador Blamoh Nelson – Member
  3. Ambassador Ethel Davis – Member
  4. Hon. Chris Moore – Member
  5. Hon. Robert Lormia – Member

In addition, Hon. Sheikh Moustapha Kouyateh has been named Ambassador at Large for Special Duties, where he will work in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support key diplomatic initiatives of the government.

This decision highlights President Boakai’s commitment to reinforcing Liberia’s global standing and ensuring that its foreign policy is guided by seasoned professionals.
