John Senyenkulo Sallay Appointed as New County Education Officer for Lofa County

Monrovia, Liberia – The Ministry of Education has appointed John Senyenkulo Sallay as the new County Education Officer for Lofa County. The appointment, which was formalized on October 16, 2024, recognizes Sallay’s qualifications, extensive experience, and outstanding performance during a recent vetting exercise conducted by the Ministry.

Senyenkulo Sallay, a dedicated educator with years of service, will take on the responsibility of overseeing educational development in Lofa County. The Ministry expects him to perform his duties with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to the advancement of education in the region.

In a statement, Josephus M. Meatay, Director of Human Resources, extended congratulations to Mr. Sallay on his appointment, emphasizing the high level of responsibility and trust placed upon him in his new position.

This appointment is seen as a key step toward enhancing the educational landscape in Lofa County and strengthening the Ministry’s efforts across Liberia.
