Monrovia – Aries Security Service Incorporated (ASSI) has clarified that Lemuel B. Sherman is still in the employed of the company and remains a 50 percent co-owner and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of (ASSI).
ASSI clarification comes in the wake of the alleged misleading perception in the security and business sectors that Mr. Sherman is no longer a member of Arises security service Inc.
According to the policy and by-laws governing the institution, no shareholder or board member of the corporation is to manage the day-to-day affairs of the entity.
Despite the misconception in the public, ASSI mentioned that Sherman is a co-signer to all Arises day-to-day financial transactions and benefit a generous monthly dividend and gasoline allowance.
According to a public service announcement released by ASSI, Mr. Sherman has established a parallel security film named and styled Kpah Security Services Inc (KSSI) that operates from his home in Oldest Congo Town and is said to be competing and going after Arises’ clients for his own personal gains.
Therefore, the company is advising all of its Clients to channel their affairs through their management team headed by Sam C. Verdier, General Manager.
