President George Weah has dedicated a newly constructed modern state of the art National Social Security and Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP) building in Bomi County in compliance with executing the Coalition for Democratic Change’s (CDC) mission.
President Weah in a remark on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 during the dedication ceremony said his administration finds it necessary to implement infrastructural projects such as this for the good of the country and its people.
According to President Weah, the CDC has its vision and will fulfill the mission, stating “Our vision is fully set out and captured in the Pro-Poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development, and our mission is to fulfill that vision by developing our country.”
President Weah lauded the Management of NASSCORP for undertaking this important initiative aimed at improving service delivery to the people of Bomi County.
The President thanked NASSCORP Director General, Dewitt Vonbomoos for completion of the project, and admonished the Management and Staff to take good care of the building through proper maintenance, so that it will continue to serve them well into the future.
For their part, the management of NASSCORP expressed their gratitude and appreciation to President Weah for the confidence reposed in them, and vowed to remain committed in supporting the government’s Pro-Poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development (PPAD).
