In the wake of the novel coronavirus outbreak in Liberia, James Doloyuwah, a resident of Yellequelleh District, Bong County has called on NGOs and other humanitarian organizations to render him assistances needed to enable him seek medical attention.
In 2013, James Doloyuwah fell from a palm tree while in the process of tapping palm wine in order to generate funds to enable him settle his for balance tuition.
According to him, his parents and other family members are unable to underwrite the cost of his medication due to the economic hardship they are currently facing.
In a chat with reporters recently, James Doloyuwah said he has issues with his spinal cord; therefore, it impossible for him to move around without the aid of crutches.
Our reporter who visited the home of James Doloyuwah in Bong County, said he is currently living in poor conditions with his parents and other family members.
He furthered that at least US$570.00 in currently needed to begin treatment at a local hospital and is appealing to the Bong County Legislative Caucus Headed by Rep. Joseph Papa Kolleh and other humanitarian organizations for help.
